Follow all published guidelines, policies, and subscription plan limits
Report any suspected violations, security issues, or fraudulent activities
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Maintain appropriate vehicle information and update it when changes occur
Use location services responsibly and respect privacy settings
Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
Manage push notification preferences and FCM token settings appropriately
Respect administrative controls and security measures
Use trial subscriptions responsibly and convert to paid plans when required
Maintain appropriate loyalty program participation without abuse
Follow enhanced security protocols and access controls
Provide accurate vehicle information when required
Use social authentication responsibly and maintain account security
Business users must properly manage employee access and permissions
Use data export features responsibly and protect exported business data
Understand that reservation availability may be limited by concurrent reservation limits set by businesses
Respect rate limiting measures implemented for platform security and abuse prevention

Payment Terms

Terms and conditions for payment when using Brilloo services:

All prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes
Payment is processed securely through approved payment processors with PCI DSS compliance
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan
Refunds are subject to our refund policy and service provider terms
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for services and subscriptions
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to authorities and may result in account termination
Business users must maintain valid payment methods for subscription billing
Late payments may result in service suspension or account termination
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
Trial subscriptions automatically convert to paid plans upon expiration

Uploading inappropriate or illegal content
Abusing push notification systems or FCM token management
Attempting to bypass Row Level Security policies
Unauthorized use of admin features or impersonation capabilities
Manipulating trial subscriptions or expiration systems
Interfering with error tracking or monitoring systems
Blocking or interfering with analytics and conversion tracking
Misusing social authentication or sharing OAuth tokens
Unauthorized access to employee management features
Abusing data export features or sharing exported business data without authorization
Providing false vehicle information

Push Notifications and Communications

Reservation Availability and Limits

Reservation availability is subject to the following:

Businesses may set concurrent reservation limits for their services to manage capacity
Concurrent reservation limits restrict how many customers can book the same service at overlapping times
When a service reaches its concurrent reservation limit, additional bookings for that time slot will be unavailable
Reservation availability is checked in real-time and may change as other customers make bookings
If a time slot is unavailable due to concurrent limits, you may need to select an alternative time
Businesses set their own concurrent reservation limits based on their operational capacity
We are not responsible for unavailability due to concurrent reservation limits set by businesses
Concurrent reservation limits help ensure quality service delivery and prevent overbooking
